Slow Cooked Soy Sauce Koji Chicken Wings

【Main ingredients】

  • Chicken wings / 10 pieces


          • Soy Sauce Koji / 1.5 tbsp
          • Minced garlic / 1 teaspoon
          • Sesame oil / 1 teaspoon
          • Old soy sauce / 1 tablespoon
          • Shaoxing wine / 1 teaspoon


          1. Wash the chicken wings and pat dry.

          2. Add seasonings, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour.

          3. Pour the chicken wings and marinade into the plastic bag, press out the air and seal it.

          4. Put it into a container and pour in a large boiling water until it covers the plastic bag.

          5. Cap the bottle, put it into the body and cover it.

          6. Set the time to 3 hours and the temperature to 65°C.

          7. Serve when finished.
