Slow Cooked Red Wine Beef Ribs

  • Beef ribs / 330g
  • Tomato / 2
  • Carrots / 1 item
  • Onion / 1/2 pieces
  • Unsalted butter / 10g


          • Wine / 150ml
          • Bay leaf / 1
          • Rosemary / a little
          • Eggplant paste / 2 tablespoons
          • Black pepper / appropriate amount
          • Sea ​​salt / appropriate amount
          • Unsalted butter / appropriate amount


          1. Wash the beef ribs, pat dry, sprinkle with appropriate amount of black pepper and sea salt and set aside.

          2. Cut tomatoes, carrots and onions into small pieces and set aside.

          3. Heat a wok, add butter, and lightly fry the beef strips over high heat.

          4. Pour the beef ribs into the pan, sauté the tomatoes, carrots and onions briefly, add the seasonings and cook until the red wine boils.

          5. Pour the beef ribs and red wine sauce into the plastic bag, press out the air and seal it.

          6. Put it into the container, pour in a large boiling water until it covers the plastic bag, then close the bottle cap, put it into the body and cover it.

          7. Set the time to 8 hours and the temperature to 65℃. Serve when finished.


          ・If you want the juice to be thicker after completion, boil the juice for a while.
