Sauerkraut Pork Roll

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Pork thin slices / 200g
  • Sauerkraut / 150g
  • Flour / appropriate amount
  • Whole egg liquid / appropriate amount
  • Bread crumbs / 3 tablespoons


          1. Arrange the pork slices into a large thin slice and sprinkle with a little black pepper.

          2. Place the sauerkraut on the meat slices and roll them up.

          3. Then wrap the meat rolls with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. This procedure will make the meat rolls stand out a little.

          4. Dip in flour, sweep in all the egg liquid, and then dip in bread crumbs.

          5. Bake in preheated oven at 200℃ for about 15 to 20 minutes.

          6. Once finished, cut into pieces and enjoy.
