Tofu Pudding

【Main ingredients】

  • Soybeans / 40g
  • Water / 600g
  • Milk / 200g
  • Sugar / 35g
  • Fish gelatin powder / 14g


  • White jade powder / 45g
  • Water / 30g


          1. Put the soybeans and water into the Hot Soup Blender Pro, and then select the Soymilk mode to make the soymilk. Separate bags to separate residue/sieve to make the soymilk smoother.

          2. Mix 400 grams of soy milk, milk and sugar and heat. Then add the soaked fish gelatin powder and mix well. Sieve the liquid twice, pour it into a cup, refrigerate for a few hours until it solidifies, sprinkle soybean flour on the surface and serve.

          3. White jade meatballs: Mix the white jade powder and water, shape into meatballs, cook in boiling water until the meatballs float to the surface, cook for another 1-2 minutes, drain and set aside.
