Chia Yogurt Fruit Cups

【Main ingredients】

  • Pure yogurt / 200g
  • Chia seeds / 25g
  • Cold water / 180ml
  • Kiwi or any fresh fruit / appropriate amount
  • Maple syrup / appropriate amount


          1. Soak chia seeds in cold boiled water for 15 minutes.

          2. Soaked chia seeds will expand and taste soft.

          3. Pour pure yogurt, chia seeds and fruits into the cup one layer at a time.

          4. Add maple syrup to taste.
