Sukiyaki

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Konjac silk / 4 - 5 pieces
  • Beef / 150g
  • Green onions / half bar
  • Chrysanthemum / 80g
  • Mushrooms / 2 pieces
  • Tofu / 100g
  • Baby cabbage / 3 - 4 pieces
  • Radish slices / 3 - 4 pieces
  • Eggs (can be eaten raw) / 1
  • Butter / 20g

【Sauce】

  • Sugar / 15g
  • Mirin / 40ml
  • Sake / 15ml
  • Water / 25ml
  • Japanese soy sauce / 50ml

          【Method】

          1. Wash all ingredients and drain. Cut green onions diagonally into slices, cut chrysanthemum in half, cut mushrooms into patterns, cut baby cabbage into sections, and cut tofu into small pieces.

          2. Put the butter into the Multi Mini Pot and increase the heat to medium-high. When the oil is hot, add the beef. Stir-fry briefly and then pour in half of the sukiyaki sauce. Continue to fry until the beef changes color and pick it up. spare.

          3. Add baby cabbage at the bottom, then add tofu, konjac shreds and other vegetables. Pour the remaining half of the sukiyaki sauce into the pot and bring to a boil again.

          4. Finally add the beef from step 2, adjust to keep warm and enjoy.

          5. Fatty beef can be dipped in eggs as a sauce to make it taste better.
