Cheese-Stuffed Pork

【Main ingredients】

  • Pork chop / 3 pieces
  • Mozzarella Cheese / 1 brick (about 250g)
  • Egg liquid / appropriate amount
  • Flour / appropriate amount
  • Bread crumbs / appropriate amount
  • Garlic powder / appropriate amount
  • Milk / appropriate amount


          1. Use a meat mallet to pound the pork chop until it is doubled in size (a little light is enough), and lightly sprinkle with salt, pepper and black pepper.

          2. Cut Mozzarella cheese into three equal parts.

          3. Wrap the pork chop with mozzarella cheese, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes.

          4. Add garlic powder, egg liquid and milk to flour.

          5. Preheat the air fryer to 180℃.

          6. Dip the pork chops in the egg liquid, flour and bread crumbs in order.

          7. Place in the frying basket at 180℃ for 10 minutes, flip and fry the other side for another 5 minutes.
