Baked Potato Wedges With Sour Cream

  • New potatoes / 4 pcs

          • Sea ​​salt / 1.5 teaspoon
          • Cracked black pepper / 1 teaspoon
          • Red pepper powder / 1 teaspoon
          • Fanxi broken / appropriate amount
          • Olive oil / 2 tablespoons
          • Sour Cream Sauce – Sour Cream / 70g
          • Cracked black pepper / 1/2 teaspoon
          • Red pepper powder / 1/2 teaspoon
          • Shredded fenugreek / appropriate amount

          【Method】

          1. Preheat oven to 200℃.

          2. Wash and pat dry the potatoes, keep the skin, and cut the potatoes into thick strips.

          3. Soak the cut potatoes in water for 10 minutes, wash off the outer starch layer and pat dry with kitchen paper. Set aside.

          4. Add all the seasonings, mix well, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20~30 minutes until golden brown. Note, please turn the potatoes over once in the process to bake them more evenly.

          5. When finished, serve with sour cream sauce.
