Achieving a Textured Braid with Soft Curls

A word from the hairstylist: Let humidity be your friend! Create a charming, voluminous hairstyle.
Step-by-Step Tutorial
- Use the Negative Ion Temperature Control Styling Hot Brush (MHB-3041) to brush through all of your hair, creating large curls.

- Separate the hair at the crown of your head and braid it into a three-strand braid along with the section of hair in front of your left ear.

- Tie the remaining hair into a low ponytail. Then, wrap the previously made braid around the hair tie to conceal it.

- Take the ponytail from step 3 and braid it. Then, twist this new braid together with the remaining end of the first braid to form a rope braid.

- Add a hair accessory to balance the overall look. Finally, use the Compact Heat Brush (MHB-3041) to style your bangs and the loose strands around your ears.

- Complete.

Comment: The key to making the overall look voluminous is to gently loosen the hair.

Comment: Because an updo accentuates the facial contours, it's important to emphasize the blush. I chose an orange tone instead of pink to create a lively impression.
