Shrimp in Fermented Tomato Sauce

【Main ingredients】

  • Frozen prawns / 300g

          【Sauce】

          • Jiang Rong / 1 teaspoon
          • Minced garlic / 2 tsp
          • Tomato juice / 3 tablespoons
          • Fermented wine / 3 tablespoons
          • Brown sugar / 1 teaspoon
          • White vinegar / 1 tablespoon
          • Water / 3 tablespoons

          【Method】

          1. Cut off the long beards and legs of the prawns, open the back and remove the intestines.

          2. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a wok, fry the shrimps over medium-high heat and take them out.

          3. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a wok, add minced ginger and garlic and sauté over low heat until fragrant.

          4. Pour in the seasonings and mix well.

          5. Pour back the freshly fried prawns, stir-fry until the sauce is evenly absorbed, wait until the water dries up, scoop up and enjoy.
