Ingredients<Serves 2>

[First stage ingredients]

  • Green grapes / 200g
  • Brown sugar / 50g
  • Cold boiled water / 300g

          【Second Stage Ingredients】

          • Green grape yeast liquid / 30g
          • High-gluten flour / 30g

          [The first stage (making seed solution) method]

          1. Wash the green grapes and cut them in half. Put all the ingredients into a clean container and shake the bottle to make the ingredients even.

          2. Cap the bottle, put it into the body and cover it.

          3. Set the time from 72 to 96 hours and the temperature to 30°C.

          4. Next, open the lid and shake the bottle every day to make the ingredients even.

          5. After fermentation for 3 to 4 days, there will be a rich wine aroma and bubbles. At this time, filter out the pulp. The green grape seed liquid can be stored in a regular compartment of the refrigerator for about one month.

          [The second stage (seeding) method]

          1. Mix the ingredients well, cover it, and let it ferment at room temperature for about 4 to 5 hours, then place it in the refrigerator to refrigerate.

          2. Feed in the same amount on the second and third days, ferment at room temperature until doubled in size, and then place in a regular compartment of the refrigerator to refrigerate.

          3. After three days of continuous feeding, it can be used to make bread.

          【Tips】

          ・After the original seed is completed, place it in a regular compartment in the refrigerator. After each use, feed it with yeast liquid/cold boiled water and high-gluten flour at a ratio of 1:1. After each feeding, ferment until doubled in size and then place it in the refrigerator.
