【Main ingredients】

  • Rice koji / 200g
  • Cold water / 300ml
  • Sea ​​salt / 60g

          【Method】

          1. Clean the container thoroughly and sterilize it by immersing it in steam or boiling water.

          2. Add sea salt to cold boiled water and mix well.

          3. Add rice koji and salt water into the container and mix well.

          4. The time is 4 days and the temperature is set to 42℃. When finished, store in the refrigerator.
