Slow Cooked Honey BBQ Pork

【Main ingredients】

  • Plum pork / 350g

          【Sauce】

          • Salt koji / 1 teaspoon
          • BBQ pork sauce / 2 tablespoons
          • Seafood sauce / 1 tablespoon
          • Shaojiu / 1 tablespoon
          • Pepper / a little
          • Maltose/honey / 1 tablespoon

          【Method】

          1. Wash the plum pork and pat dry.

          2. Add seasonings and mix well.

          3. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

          4. Place in a plastic bag, press out the air and seal.

          5. Cap the bottle, put it into the body and cover it.

          6. Set the time to 6 hours and the temperature to 65℃.

          7. When finished, take out the barbecued pork and bake it in a preheated oven at 220℃ for about 10 minutes until the barbecued pork noodles are caramelized.

          【Tips】

          ・Don’t throw away the sauce in the bag, boil it and use it as barbecue pork sauce.
