Japanese Meat and Potato Stew
Ingredients<Serves 2>
【Main ingredients】
- Pork plum slices / 1 copy
- Potato / 1~2 pieces
- Carrots / 1
- Onion / 1
- Broccoli / 8~10 flowers
【Sauce】
- Japanese soy sauce / 3 tablespoons
- Japanese cooking wine / 50ml
- Bonito juice / 50ml
- Mirin / 2 tablespoons
- Water / 500ml
【Method】
1. Heat a little oil in a cold pan.
2. Add the cut potatoes, carrots, and onions and stir-fry.
3. Add the sauce, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and pork plum slices and simmer for 5 minutes.
