Seafood Pot

【Main ingredients】
- Small abalone / 2 - 3 only
- Scallop / 6 - 8 only
- Clam / 10 pieces
- Fresh shrimp / 8-10 only
- Octopus / 2-3 only
- Coriander / 1 item
- Chives / 1 item
- Clear water / 500 ml
- Rice wine / 10ml
【Homemade Sauce】
- Jiang Rong / 10g
- Minced garlic / 10g
- Fish sauce / 5g
- Oyster sauce / 15g
- Soy sauce / 45 g
- Granulated sugar / 5g
- Wild pepper / 2 pieces
- Peppercorns / 2g
- Chili oil / 10 grams
- White sesame / appropriate amount
- Lemon juice (optional) / 5g
【Method】
1. Wash all ingredients and drain. Use a brush to clean the surface of abalone and trim off the shrimp whiskers. Dice wild peppers, cut off the roots of coriander and chives and cut into small pieces.
2. Pour water into the Multi Mini Pot, add coriander and green onion, add rice wine and a little salt, increase the heat to high and cook until it boils.
3. After boiling, add all the seafood. Cook abalone and octopus until shrunk, cook shrimp until it changes color, and cook scallops until they open.
4. Add coriander, scallions and 3 ladles of seafood soup to the homemade sauce, stir evenly.
5. Pour the prepared sauce into the seafood pot and enjoy. It can also be eaten frozen after being refrigerated.
