  • Japanese Meat and Potato Stew

    Ingredients<Serves 2>

    【Main ingredients】

    • Pork plum slices / 1 copy
    • Potato / 1~2 pieces
    • Carrots / 1
    • Onion / 1
    • Broccoli / 8~10 flowers

    【Sauce】

    • Japanese soy sauce / 3 tablespoons
    • Japanese cooking wine / 50ml
    • Bonito juice / 50ml
    • Mirin / 2 tablespoons
    • Water / 500ml

            【Method】

            1. Heat a little oil in a cold pan.

            2. Add the cut potatoes, carrots, and onions and stir-fry.

            3. Add the sauce, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

            4. Add broccoli and pork plum slices and simmer for 5 minutes.
