Chinese Marinade Pot
Ingredients<Serves 2>
【Main ingredients】
- Cooked quail eggs (shelled) / 4 pieces
- Chicken wings / 3 - 4 only
- Chicken feet / 3 - 4 only
- Tofu skin / 3 - 5 pieces
- Kelp / 3 - 5 pieces
- Water / 500ml
- Ginger / 2 tablets
- Garlic / 3 capsules
- Soy sauce / 45g
- Old soy sauce / 10g
- Oyster sauce / 10g
- Sugar / 20g
- Brine package / 1 package
- Dried chili peppers (you can skip this step) / 2 pieces
【Method】
1. Wash the chicken wings and feet and boil them in water, take them out and set aside. Flatten the garlic with a knife. Cut the dried chilies into small pieces.
2. Pour water into the Multi Mini Pot, add ginger slices, garlic granules and brine packets, add all seasonings, increase the heat to high and bring to a boil, take out the brine packets after the aroma is cooked.
3. Add the prepared food, wait until it boils again, then reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for about 20 – 25 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and continue to simmer for about half an hour, then enjoy.
5. Different foods can be braised according to personal taste.
