  • Butter Cream Udon With Snow Crab And Vegetables

    Ingredients<Serves 3>

    【Main ingredients】

    • Frozen Udon / 2-3 pieces
    • Crab meat / 1 box
    • Fresh milk / 800ml
    • Miso / 1 tablespoon
    • Lettuce / 1 tree
    • Cherry tomatoes / 1 box
    • Maitake/Mushroom / 1 box
    • Gan Xun / 1 item
    • Low-gluten flour / 1 tablespoon
    • Butter / 1 tbsp

      【Method】

      1. Grill the maitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms using a torch/white wok.

      2. Add butter to the pot, add maitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, stir-fry until fragrant, add flour and stir-fry evenly.

      3. Pour in the milk and miso, bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

      4. Add crabmeat, carrots, lettuce and cherries, add frozen udon and cook until cooked; add vegetable sprouts and butter, mix well and serve.
