【Main ingredients】

  • High-gluten flour / 250g
  • Warm water / 175g
  • Instant yeast / 3g
  • Salt / 3g
  • Olive oil / 8g
  • Salad / appropriate amount
  • Black vinegar / appropriate amount

    【Method】

    1. Knead high-gluten flour, warm water, instant yeast and salt into a dough, then add olive oil and knead until the surface is smooth. Ferment for 30-40 minutes. Divide into 8-10 equal parts and roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.

    2. Roll the dough into a round shape and ferment for another 30 minutes.

    3. Place the flattened dough on the pan and fry, flipping several times until the dough puffs up. Cut it in half and add a variety of salad vegetables in the middle. You can add black vinegar and olive oil for seasoning.
