Stir-Fried Chicken With Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Skin-on chicken steak / 800g
  • Japanese soy sauce / 2 tablespoons
  • Mirin / 2 tablespoons
  • Onion(diced) / half
  • Bell pepper (diced) / 1 pack (about 225g)
  • Jade melon (cut into pieces) / 1 piece

          【Sauce】

          • Mirin / 2 tablespoons
          • Japanese soy sauce / 2 tablespoons
          • Vinegar / 1 tablespoon
          • Black vinegar / 2 tablespoons
          • Corn flour / 2 tsp
          • Water / 2 teaspoons

          【Method】

          1. Cut the chicken steak into pieces and marinate with marinade for 10 minutes.

          2. Add oil to the pan and fry the chicken pieces on both sides over medium heat (put the chicken skin down first), pick it up and set aside.

          3. Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the vegetables (fried onions first), then drain and set aside.

          4. Add Japanese soy sauce, mirin, black vinegar and vinegar to Multi Grill Pot, then add cornstarch water, cook until the sauce is slightly thick, add chicken and vegetables and mix well.
