  • Tomato Cheese Fondue

    Ingredients<Serves 2>

    【Main ingredients】

    • Onion (diced) / half
    • Tomato (diced) / half
    • Butter / appropriate amount
    • Liquor / 200ml
    • Swiss cheese (Le Gruyère AOP) / 300-350g
    • Vanilla / appropriate amount
    • Bread / appropriate amount
    • Vegetables/appropriate amount

      【Method】

      1. Sauté the onion and tomato dices with butter until fragrant, then add white wine and bring to a boil.

      2. Turn to low heat, add cheese and stir continuously until cheese is completely melted. Add a small amount of vanilla to taste.

      3. Dip cheese with any toppings and enjoy.
