Tomato Hotpot

Ingredients<Serves 4>

【Main ingredients】

  • Chicken Thigh / 2 pieces
  • Salt / 1 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes or small tomatoes (about 3cm in size) / 10 pcs
  • Zucchini / 1 piece
  • Broccoli / 1/4
  • ★Water / 600ml
  • ★Canned whole tomatoes / 2 cans (net weight 800g)
  • ★Salt / 1 teaspoon
  • Watercress / 1 bunch
  • Olive oil / 1 tablespoon

    【 Preparation】

    ・Cut the chicken into small pieces and sprinkle with salt.
    ・If using small tomatoes, remove the branches and leaves first.
    ・Cut zucchini into 1 cm slices; cut broccoli into small pieces and set aside.

    【Method】

    1. Add olive oil to Multi Grill Pot, heat it at MED, add the chicken and zucchini slices, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

    2. Add ingredients ★ and broccoli, heat at HI.

    3. After boiling, use a spoon to remove the turbidity and grease floating on the surface, then cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

    4. Finally, add the cherry tomatoes and watercress and heat briefly until cooked.
