Deep Fried Cheese Fondue

Ingredients<Serves 4>

【Main ingredients】

  • Shrimp / 8 only
  • Zucchini / 1
  • Red pepper, yellow pepper / 1/2 each
  • Instant cheese sticks / 2 pieces
  • Fig / 1
  • Bacon slices / 3 pieces
  • Banana / 1
  • Grapes (seedless) / 8 pieces
  • Oil / 400ml

          【Sauce】

          • ★Mayonnaise / 2 tablespoons
          • ★Mustard sauce / 1 tablespoon
          • Salt and pepper / appropriate amount

          【 Preparation】

          ・Peel the shells from the shrimps, keep the tails and remove the intestines.
          ・Cut the zucchini into 1 cm thick slices.
          ・Cut red and yellow peppers, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Set aside.
          ・Cut instant cheese sticks in half.
          ・Cut the figs into 6 equal parts and wrap them in halved bacon.
          ・Cut the banana diagonally.
          ・The grapes are strung on bamboo skewers.

          【Method】

          1. Install the stainless steel frypot lid onto the Multi Grill Pot, add cooking oil and heat with MED.

          2. Put each ingredient into the heated cooking oil and take it out after it is cooked.

          3. You can choose to dip it in the sauce and eat it.
