Pumpkin Baumkuchen

Ingredients＜Serves 4＞

【Main ingredients】

• Baumkuchen (commercially available, thickness 5-8 cm) / 1 item
• Pumpkin pudding (commercially available) / 1 piece (about 120g)
• Cream / 120ml
• Milk / 120ml

【Decorations】

• Ice cream / appropriate amount
• Roasted pumpkin (sliced) / appropriate amount
• Cream / appropriate amount
• Toasted walnuts / appropriate amount
• Toasted almonds / appropriate amount
• Dried cranberries / appropriate amount
• Cinnamon stick / appropriate amount
• Star anise / appropriate amount
• Cinnamon powder/appropriate amount

【Method】

1. Mix milk and cream first.

2. Place the Baumkuchen into the pan and crumble the pumpkin pudding into its holes.

3. Mix fresh cream and milk and pour evenly on the surface of the cake.

4. Cover and heat on LOW for 12 minutes, then add your favorite ingredients for decoration.
