Fruit Obanyaki
Ingredients <6 pieces>
【Main ingredients】
- Egg / 1
- Milk / 150ml
- Panji powder / 150g
- Custard sauce / appropriate amount
- Blueberries / 80g
- Mixed berries / 60g
- Banana / 1/4
【Stuffing】
- Custard sauce / appropriate amount
- Egg yolk / 1 piece
- Sugar / 25g
- Cake flour / 1 tablespoon
- milk / 10ml
- Schnina sesame oil / appropriate amount
【Method】
1. Make the filling first. Beat the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light yellow, add in the sifted flour, milk and vanilla oil and mix.
2. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes.
3. Take it out and stir to mix, then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute and mix. Repeat this step twice.
4. Line a baking tray with plastic wrap, pour the filling on it and let cool.
5. Start making Dorayaki. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add milk and pandan powder and mix.
6. Spread a layer of oil on the multi plate, pour about 1/3 of the height, and heat on LOW heat.
7. Put the filling in the middle, add the required blueberries, mixed fruits and banana slices, and then pour in the remaining batter.
8. When one side is cooked, flip it over and bake for another 2 minutes.
