croissant sandwich

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 2 croissants
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 sprig dill
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yogurt
- Appropriate amount of salt
- Just the right amount of pepper
- 2 slices of lettuce
practice
- Divide the hard-boiled eggs into 8 equal parts.
- Chop the dill, stir in the mayonnaise and yogurt, add the hard-boiled eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the croissant at a 45-degree angle from the middle and heat it in the toaster (croissant mode, 3 to 4 minutes).
- After grilling, place the lettuce and egg salad from step 2 into the cutouts of the croissant and enjoy.
Preparation time : about 30 minutes.
