croissant sandwich


Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 2 croissants
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 sprig dill
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yogurt
  • Appropriate amount of salt
  • Just the right amount of pepper
  • 2 slices of lettuce

  1. Divide the hard-boiled eggs into 8 equal parts.
  2. Chop the dill, stir in the mayonnaise and yogurt, add the hard-boiled eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
