Black pepper and coarse salt marinated beef with lemon


Ingredients (for 2 people)

Mountain bread (cut into 6 slices) 2 slices coarse salted beef 120g
French yellow mustard 1 tsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt appropriate amount of onion 1/4 parsley appropriate amount of lemon 1/4 lemon 5g cream


Instructions (preparation time: 15 minutes)

  1. Prepare beef stuffing <br data-mce-fragment="1">Crush the coarse salted beef, add mayonnaise, black pepper and an appropriate amount of salt, stir evenly.
