Crispy Bacon and Egg Toast


Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Four-corner toast (cut into 5 slices) 2 slices
  • Bacon 50g
  • 2 eggs
  • Appropriate amount of salad oil
  • Black pepper as appropriate
  • Appropriate amount of cream

  1. Pour the salad oil into the pan and fry the bacon on both sides for about 30 seconds over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Crack the eggs into a pan and fry them together with the bacon.
