Chorizo & Cheddar Hot Sandwich

Ingredients (for 2 people)
baguette 15cm
Spanish chorizo (10cm) 6 sticks of cheddar cheese 20g
Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons onion (for stir-frying) 1/2 salad oil 1 teaspoon salt as needed Onion (for garnishing) 1/4 tomato (small) 1 pickle 2 cayenne pepper as needed
Instructions (preparation time: 15 minutes)

Prepare ingredients <br data-mce-fragment="1">Chop onions (for stir-fries and side dishes), tomatoes, and pickles. Cut the chorizo into 1cm wide slices.

Sauté sausage and onions <br data-mce-fragment="1">Add salad oil to the pan, add chorizo and chopped onions (1/2 amount), sauté until fragrant, then Add tomato paste and a pinch of salt to taste.

Assemble the baguette <br data-mce-fragment="1">Slice the baguette crosswise, then place the filling from step 2 on top of the bread, then top with the sliced cheese.

Bake the bread <br data-mce-fragment="1">Put the assembled bread into the oven and use the cheese toast mode to bake for 3 to 4 minutes, until the cheese melts and the bread becomes crispy.

Add garnishes and seasonings <br data-mce-fragment="1">According to personal preference, add the remaining onions, tomatoes, pickles, and finally sprinkle with an appropriate amount of cayenne pepper and enjoy.
