Vegetable Omelet Toast


Ingredients (for 2 people)

Spiral bread (or round bread) 2 eggs 2 bacon slices 25g
Komatsu greens, leeks and other green vegetables 15~25g
1/4 tomato, 1/4 small salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1 tsp milk, 1 tbsp black pepper, appropriate amount of salad oil, 1/2 tsp
(According to personal preference) 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
(According to personal preference) 1/2 tsp tomato paste


Instructions (preparation time: 10 minutes)

  1. Prepare vegetables and bacon <br data-mce-fragment="1">Cut the green vegetables and bacon into about 1cm wide, and cut the tomatoes into 1cm pieces. Mix salt, sugar, milk and eggs evenly.

  2. Processing Bread <br data-mce-fragment="1">Cut a slit diagonally in the middle of the spiral bread so that ingredients can be sandwiched inside.

  3. Stir-fry vegetables and bacon <br data-mce-fragment="1">After heating the pan, pour half of the salad oil, add bacon and stir-fry, then add green vegetables and stir-fry slightly, finally add tomatoes, stir-fry, and serve on a plate spare.

  4. Toast the bread <br data-mce-fragment="1">Put the spiral bread into the oven and use French bread mode to heat for about 4 to 5 minutes until the bread becomes crispy.

  5. Making omelette <br data-mce-fragment="1">Pour the remaining salad oil into the pan, add half of the beaten egg liquid and the ingredients in step 3, and shape it into an oval omelette , then repeat the steps to make another portion.

  6. Assemble the bread <br data-mce-fragment="1">Add the prepared omelet into the cutouts of the heated spiral bread. Add mayonnaise or ketchup to taste according to personal preference and enjoy.
