Grilled sesame and fava bean sandwiches


Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • French bread (cut into approximately 2 cm wide) 2 slices
  • 1/2 bunch sesame leaves
  • 10 broad beans (can be frozen)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Appropriate amount of Parmesan cheese
  • Appropriate amount of salt
  • Black pepper as appropriate

practice

  1. Blanch broad beans.
  2. Drizzle the sesame leaves and broad beans with olive oil, salt and black pepper and stir.
  3. Toast the French bread slightly (toast mode 2:5 minutes).
  4. Place the ingredients from step 2 on the bread and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Preparation time : about 10 minutes.

This sandwich is perfect for a summer breakfast and pairs well with a glass of chilled white wine.
