Cinnamon Apple Thick Slices


Ingredients (for 2 people)

Two slices of toast, two apples, 50g sugar
20g cream
50g cinnamon powder
Appropriate amount of mint leaves


Instructions (preparation time: 20 minutes)

  1. Cut the apple <br data-mce-fragment="1">First cut the apple into thin slices.

  2. Stewed Apples <br data-mce-fragment="1">In a deep saucepan, add the apple slices, sugar, cream and cinnamon and simmer over medium-low heat until the apples release their water and begin to reduce their juices.

  3. Toast the toast <br data-mce-fragment="1">Place the toast in the oven and bake in toast mode for about 2.5 minutes, until the toast becomes crispy.

  4. Assembly and decoration <br data-mce-fragment="1">Spread the stewed apples evenly on the baked toast, and finally garnish with mint leaves.
