Buttered Bacon Soft-boiled Egg Toast

Ingredients (for 2 people)
2 slices bacon
2 eggs
Ingredients for Area A <br data-mce-fragment="1">Fresh cream 2.5 tablespoons cheese powder 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon pinch of salt
2 slices of toast
A little black pepper
Instructions (preparation time: 15 minutes)

Boil eggs <br data-mce-fragment="1">After boiling a pot of water, put the eggs just taken out of the refrigerator into the pot and boil them for about 8 minutes. After cooking, cut the bacon slices into 2cm wide.

Prepare area A ingredients <br data-mce-fragment="1">Put fresh cream, cheese powder, olive oil and a little salt into a bowl and stir evenly.

Processing eggs <br data-mce-fragment="1">Peel the hard-boiled eggs, tear the egg whites into 2~3cm wide strips, and add them to the ingredients in area A in step 2 and stir. Set the yolk part aside for later use.

Prepare Toast <br data-mce-fragment="1">Spread the mixture from step 3 evenly on the toast and top with bacon slices.

Baking toast <br data-mce-fragment="1">Put the prepared toast into The Toaster and bake it, use the cheese toast mode, and set the baking time to 7 minutes.

Decoration and Finishing <br data-mce-fragment="1">Divide the previously reserved egg yolk into small pieces of about 1~2cm, decorate it on the baked toast, and finally sprinkle with a little black pepper and you are done. Delicious bacon and egg toast.
