BBQ Pork

Ingredients (serves 4-6 people)
Prepare ingredients
- Pork tenderloin: 1kg
- Salt: 20 grams
- Black pepper: appropriate amount
- Rosemary: one branch
Method (preparation time: about 60 minutes, excluding marinating and resting time)
- Rub salt and black pepper on the pork.
Tip : If marinated the day before, the taste will be more delicious. - Preheat the oven, set the temperature to 180°C and set the timer for 20 minutes. (Preheating time: about 10 minutes)
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and sear, starting from the fat side, until golden brown and once cooked, do the same with the other side.
- Place the roasting pan on the square plate provided, then top with the rosemary and place the seared pork fat side down.
- Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes, then turn the meat and bake for another 20 minutes.
- After baking, remove from the oven, check with a skewer to see if it is warm inside, then cover with aluminum foil and let rest. If it is not hot, heat it for another 5 minutes while observing the situation.
- After letting it sit for 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and cut into 2-3 mm thick pieces before serving. Just add your favorite sauce.
Recommended sauce
- Ingredients : 150g balsamic vinegar/50g honey/50g mustard/3g salt
- Method : Put all the ingredients in a small pot, heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cook until thick.
