BBQ Pork



Ingredients (serves 4-6 people)

Prepare ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin: 1kg
  • Salt: 20 grams
  • Black pepper: appropriate amount
  • Rosemary: one branch

Method (preparation time: about 60 minutes, excluding marinating and resting time)

  1. Rub salt and black pepper on the pork.
    Tip : If marinated the day before, the taste will be more delicious.
  2. Preheat the oven, set the temperature to 180°C and set the timer for 20 minutes. (Preheating time: about 10 minutes)
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and sear, starting from the fat side, until golden brown and once cooked, do the same with the other side.
  4. Place the roasting pan on the square plate provided, then top with the rosemary and place the seared pork fat side down.
  5. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes, then turn the meat and bake for another 20 minutes.
  6. After baking, remove from the oven, check with a skewer to see if it is warm inside, then cover with aluminum foil and let rest. If it is not hot, heat it for another 5 minutes while observing the situation.
  7. After letting it sit for 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and cut into 2-3 mm thick pieces before serving. Just add your favorite sauce.

Recommended sauce

  • Ingredients : 150g balsamic vinegar/50g honey/50g mustard/3g salt
  • Method : Put all the ingredients in a small pot, heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cook until thick.
