  • 10 grams of minced ginger (the same amount as garlic)

Method (cooking time: about 45 minutes, excluding marinating time)

  1. Prepare the ribs : Use a fork to prick a few small holes in the ribs for easier flavoring.
  2. Make marinade : Put ingredients A into a bowl and stir evenly.
  3. Marinate the spareribs : Put the spareribs and marinade into a plastic bag, shake evenly, put it in the refrigerator, and marinate for about 1 hour. Tips: Marinate for about 1 hour, don’t over marinate.
  4. Preheat the oven : After confirming that the meat has been marinated, preheat the oven to 230°C and set the time to 15 minutes (preheating time is about 10 minutes).
  5. Prepare the baking sheet : Place the drained ribs on a square plate lined with baking paper. After preheating is completed, place the baking sheet on the upper shelf of the oven and start baking. Reserve remaining marinade for later use.
  6. Turn over and bake : After baking for 15 minutes, take out the baking sheet and turn the ribs over. Tip: Keep the oven door closed to avoid heat loss.
  7. Add sauce and bake : Pour 1/3 of the marinade sauce, return the ribs to the oven, and bake at 230°C for 15 minutes.
  8. Enjoy : After roasting, you can eat it with your personal preference of balsamic vinegar for a better flavor.
