  • Customized udon noodles


    Instructions (Cooking Time: Approximately 10 minutes)

    1. Boil Water
      Boil water and prepare it for cooking the udon noodles.

    2. Prepare Udon and Toppings
      Place the udon noodles and your favorite toppings into a heat-resistant container, and add various seasonings.

      Tip

      • Be sure to use a heat-resistant container. Using a regular container for microwave heating may cause it to deform and result in burns.
    3. Add Soup Powder and Hot Water
      Add the soup powder (or liquid soup base), then pour hot water over the fried tofu. Loosely cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

    4. Heat
      Place the container into the BALMUDA The Range, set it to manual mode at 500W, preheat, and heat for 5 minutes.

    5. Finish and Add Toppings
      Take out the bowl, loosen the udon noodles, and finally sprinkle your favorite toppings before serving.

      Tip

      • The udon noodles and bowl will be very hot, so be careful not to burn yourself when handling and enjoying!
