Summer vegetable grill plate

Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Bitter melon (cut into half-moon shapes) 1/2 piece
- Bell pepper (divided into 6 equal parts) 1/2
- 1/2 avocado
- 6 small tomatoes
- 3 green peppers
- Onion (cut into quarters) 1/2
- Radish (cut into quarters) 1 piece
- 6 mushrooms
- Garlic (cut in half horizontally) 1 piece
- 5 green beans
- Moderate amount of olive oil
- Salt as you like
Instructions (preparation time: about 30 minutes)
- Preheat the oven : Set the oven temperature to 230°C and the time to 30 minutes (preheat time: about 10 minutes).
- Prepare ingredients : Place all ingredients into the provided baking dish and drizzle evenly with olive oil.
- Bake : After preheating is completed, place the baking sheet on the upper shelf of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Seasoning : After baking, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste and serve.
