Summer vegetable grill plate


Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Bitter melon (cut into half-moon shapes) 1/2 piece
  • Bell pepper (divided into 6 equal parts) 1/2
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • Onion (cut into quarters) 1/2
  • Radish (cut into quarters) 1 piece
  • 6 mushrooms
  • Garlic (cut in half horizontally) 1 piece
  • 5 green beans
  • Moderate amount of olive oil
  • Salt as you like

Instructions (preparation time: about 30 minutes)

  1. Preheat the oven : Set the oven temperature to 230°C and the time to 30 minutes (preheat time: about 10 minutes).
  2. Prepare ingredients : Place all ingredients into the provided baking dish and drizzle evenly with olive oil.
  3. Bake : After preheating is completed, place the baking sheet on the upper shelf of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
  4. Seasoning : After baking, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste and serve.
