Delicious beef pie
Materials (15 centimeters distributed)
A seasoning
- Ground beef: 300g
- Walnuts: 30 grams
- Raisins: 20 grams
- Breadcrumbs: 3 tablespoons
- Mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Egg: half an egg
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper: a little
- Nutmeg: a little

- Onion: half
- Mushrooms: 4
- Cream: 20g
- Red wine: 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Pie crust: 2 pieces
- Egg (for painting): half an egg
Instructions (preparation time: about 60 minutes)

Prepare pie crust and stir-fry fillings <br data-mce-fragment="1">Thaw the pie crust first. Heat the cream in a frying pan and sauté the chopped onions and mushrooms. Once softened, add the red wine and Worcestershire sauce and simmer until the alcohol evaporates, then cool.

Preheat the oven <br data-mce-fragment="1">Set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 30 minutes (preheating time: about 10 minutes).

Mix the meat filling <br data-mce-fragment="1">Put ingredient A and the cooled onion and mushroom mixture into a bowl, stir evenly until it becomes sticky.

Prepare pie crust <br data-mce-fragment="1">Use a rolling pin to roll out each piece of pie crust until it is large enough to be larger than the pie plate.

Fill the pie filling <br data-mce-fragment="1">Put the pie crust on the pie plate, add the meat filling from step 3, smooth it out, then brush the edge of the pie crust with egg wash and cover the other pie crust . Cut off excess pie crust with a knife.
Tip : Use a knife to cut the pie crust vertically to help the pie crust ferment better. -
Sealing and Decoration <br data-mce-fragment="1">Use a fork to press the edges, and use a knife to poke a few holes on the surface of the pie.

Spread egg wash <br data-mce-fragment="1">If desired, decorate the pie and brush with remaining egg wash.
Tip : Don’t coat the sides of the pie crust with too much egg wash so the pie can rise well. -
Bake <br data-mce-fragment="1">Place the pie in step 7 on a baking sheet, place it in the lower shelf of an oven preheated to 200°C, and bake for 30 minutes.
