French Bouillabaisse

Ingredients (serves 4-6 people)
- Shrimp: 4 tails
- Clams (need to spit out sand): 4 pieces
- Snapper: 1
- Garlic: half a head
- Onion: half
- Celery: 1/2 root
- Black olives: 12 pieces
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- French Bread: Moderate amount
A seasoning
- Saffron: a little
- Bay leaf: 1 piece
- Salt: 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
- White pepper: a little
- Tomato paste: 4 tablespoons
- Water: 400ml
- White wine: 3 tablespoons
Instructions (preparation time: about 60 minutes)
- Preheat oven. Set the temperature to 230°C and the timer to 5 minutes. (Preheating time: about 10 minutes)
- Chop the garlic, onion and celery.
- Remove the shells from the shrimp, process the scales, gills and guts of the snapper, and make incisions. Sand and wash the clams.
- Combine ingredients from step 2 and olive oil in a bowl.
- Place the mixture into a baking pan and bake on the upper shelf of the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
- Add Step 3, Seasoning A and black olives to the baking sheet and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve with French bread and it's done.
