Grilled chicken with butter

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Chicken breast: 1 portion (about 280 grams)
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- White pepper: a little
- Flour: appropriate amount
- Cream: 40g
- Lemon: 1/4 piece
Instructions (preparation time: about 30 minutes)
- Preheat the oven, setting the temperature to 220°C and the time to 10 minutes (preheat time: approx. 10 minutes).
- Cut the chicken breasts in half, season with salt and white pepper, and sprinkle with flour.
- Put 30 grams of butter in a small frying pan, fry the chicken breast skin side down over medium heat for 3 minutes.

- Place the frying pan with the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated 220°C oven for 10 minutes.
- After removing from the oven, turn the chicken breasts over and return to medium heat. Add the remaining 10 grams of butter and fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, while spooning over the melted butter.
- Remove from heat and serve hot, with a squeeze of lemon juice for added flavour.
