Grilled chicken with butter

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Chicken breast: 1 portion (about 280 grams)
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • White pepper: a little
  • Flour: appropriate amount
  • Cream: 40g
  • Lemon: 1/4 piece

Instructions (preparation time: about 30 minutes)

  1. Preheat the oven, setting the temperature to 220°C and the time to 10 minutes (preheat time: approx. 10 minutes).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half, season with salt and white pepper, and sprinkle with flour.
  3. Put 30 grams of butter in a small frying pan, fry the chicken breast skin side down over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    • Tip : Use a heat-resistant frying pan that can be used in the oven (such as iron, stainless steel, etc.) and avoid wooden or plastic handles.
  4. Place the frying pan with the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated 220°C oven for 10 minutes.
  5. After removing from the oven, turn the chicken breasts over and return to medium heat. Add the remaining 10 grams of butter and fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, while spooning over the melted butter.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot, with a squeeze of lemon juice for added flavour.
