Potato and Corn Soup
Ingredients＜Serves 2＞
【Main ingredients】
- Potatoes / 280g
- Boxed/fresh corn kernels / 50g
- Onion / 30g
- Chicken soup / 250ml
- Water / 50ml
【Method】
1. Cut the ingredients, rinse and soak the potatoes for a while.
2. Put all the ingredients into the Hot Soup Blender Pro.
3. Press Hot blend mode. When finished, add salt, black pepper and favorite dried herbs to taste.
【Tips】
・Chicken soup can be replaced with vegetable soup/water.
