Bagel
Ingredients <4 pieces>
【Main ingredients】
- All-purpose flour / 140g
- Baking powder / 10g
- Salt / 4g
- Greek cheese / 140g
- Egg white / 1 piece
- Black and white sesame seeds / appropriate amount
- Fried garlic / appropriate amount
- Dried onion slices / appropriate amount
【Method】
1. Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt evenly, then add cheese and mix well to form a dough (it will look like bread crumbs).
2. Sprinkle a little flour on the counter, put the dough on the counter, and knead it with your hands for 3 minutes. Knead until the surface is smooth and chewy.
3. Put the dough into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll each small piece of dough into an 18cm long strip, then glue the top and bottom together and arrange it into a Bagel shape.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 140℃.
6. Spread the egg white on the surface of the bagel, sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds, fried garlic and dried onion slices.
7. Place bagel in the frying basket and fry for 15 minutes.
