Paper Wrapped Ginger and Onion Chicken
Ingredients<Serves 2>
【Main ingredients】
- Chicken chop / 2 pieces
- Mushrooms / 5 pieces
- Cloud ears / 8 pieces
- green onion / 2 pieces
【Marinage】
- Oyster sauce / 1.5 tbsp
- Soy sauce / 1.5 tbsp
- Sugar / 1 teaspoon
- White pepper / 1/4 teaspoon
- Xanthan gum / 1/8 teaspoon
- Ginger / 3 slices
【Method】
1. Soak mushrooms and cloud fungus for 1-2 hours. Cut green onions into sections. Use the back of a knife to pat the ginger loose and cut into small pieces.
2. Cut the chicken steak into small pieces, add marinade, mix well, and marinate for more than 30 minutes. Then mix well with mushrooms, cloud ears and green onions. (You don’t need to drain the mushrooms and cloud fungus too much. Keep a little water for better steaming effect.)
3. Preheat the air fryer to 185 degrees for 5 minutes.
4. Take a large piece of butter paper, place the mixed ingredients on the butter paper, fold the butter paper in half, and fold the butter paper like a dumpling.
5. Place the paper-wrapped chicken into the air fryer and bake for 20-25 minutes.
