Salt and Pepper Tofu

【Main ingredients】
- Firm tofu / 1 brick
- Eagle corn flour / appropriate amount
- Salt / appropriate amount
- Pepper / appropriate amount
- Egg / appropriate amount
- Bread crumbs / appropriate amount
- Oil / appropriate amount
【Method】
1. Dry the firm tofu first, wrap it in kitchen paper, and press the water away with heavy objects.
2. Add salt and pepper to the corn flour and mix well, beat the egg liquid and mix the bread crumbs with cooking oil.
3. Cut the tofu into pieces and coat each side evenly with corn flour, egg paste and bread crumbs.
4. Preheat the air fryer, add tofu pieces and air fry at 180 degrees for 9 minutes.
5. Take out the other side and air fry at 200 degrees for 6 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and it’s done.
