Garlic Chicken Cartilage
Ingredients<Serves 2>
【Main ingredients】
- Chicken cartilage / 300g
- Minced garlic / 1 teaspoon
- Weilin / 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch / 1 tsp
- Salt / 1/4 teaspoon
- white pepper / a little
【Method】
1. Wash the chicken cartilage first and dry it with kitchen paper.
2. Add minced garlic and all seasonings and marinate for half an hour.
3. Place in the air fryer at 180°C and bake for 10 minutes.
