Braised Chicken Wings With Salted Plums
Ingredients<Serves 2>
【Main ingredients】
- Chicken wings / 10 pieces
【Marinage】
- Sake / 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce/3 tablespoons
- Plum / 2 pieces
- Sugar / 2 tsp
- Lemon juice / 1 teaspoon
【Method】
1. Cut 2 bones from the chicken wings and use bamboo skewers to skewer the chicken.
2. Break up the meat from the plums and mix well with other marinade ingredients. Dip the chicken wings into the marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Put in the air fryer and sprinkle with a little salt, bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, turn over and sprinkle with a little salt, bake at 200 degrees for 4 minutes and it is done.
