Hot and Sour Grilled Fish

【Main ingredients】

  • Cangyu / 1 piece

          【Marinage】

          • Lime (juiced) / 3
          • Sour plums (pitted) / 2 capsules
          • Lemongrass / 1 piece
          • Coriander / 3 trees
          • Chili / 2 pieces
          • Garlic / 2 capsules
          • Lemon leaves / 4 pieces
          • Sish sauce / 1 tablespoon
          • Sugar / 2 tsp

          【Method】

          1. Put the marinade into a blender and beat until fine. Set aside.

          2. Wash the fish, pat dry, and make two cuts on the bottom of the fish.

          3. Marinate the Cangyu with marinade for 10 minutes.

          4. Wrap the fish in butter paper and bake at 240 degrees for 15 minutes.

          【Tips】

          Wrapping the fish in butter paper or tin paper can lock in the water and juice, making the fish more tender and smooth.
