Baked Tomato Pork Chop Rice

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Pork Chops / 250g
  • Pearl rice / 260g
  • Hot water / 360ml
  • Ketchup / 1 bowl
  • Tomato / 1
  • Onion / 1/4 pieces
  • Mozzarella Cheese / appropriate amount
  • Vanilla / appropriate amount

          【Marinage】

          • Water / 1 tablespoon
          • Soy sauce / 2 tsp
          • Sugar / 1 teaspoon
          • Garlic powder / 1/2 teaspoon
          • Pepper / appropriate amount

          【Method】

          1. Use the back of a knife to loosen the pork chops, then marinate them with marinade for 30 minutes.

          2. Place the pork chops into a dual-purpose baking pan with a round baking mesh and cover. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes until cooked through. Remove and cut into pieces and set aside.

          3. Wash the rice, heat the water, cover the dual-purpose baking pan, and bake at 280 degrees for 15 minutes until the rice is cooked.

          4. Top the cooked rice with pork chop, tomato sauce, cheese and herbs.

          5. Finally, bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until the surface of the cheese turns golden brown.

          【Tips】

          The combined pork chops and rice should not overlap too thickly to avoid the surface touching the heating wire when placed in the oven.
