Corned Beef Potato Pie

Ingredients＜Serves 2＞

【Main ingredients】

• Golden sand bone / 500g

【Marinage】

• Minced garlic / 1 tablespoon
• Huadiao wine / 1 tablespoon
• Soy sauce / 2 tsp
• Old soy sauce / 2 tsp
• Cornstarch / 1 teaspoon
• Sugar / 1 teaspoon
• Allspice / 1 teaspoon
• Pepper / appropriate amount

【Method】

1. Marinate the golden sand bones with marinade for at least 30 minutes.

2. Place in a baking pan, cover, and bake at 240 degrees for 15 minutes.

【Tips】

If you use frozen Jinsha bones, they must be completely thawed first, dried and then marinated to taste.
