Sago Pudding With Red Bean Paste

【Main ingredients】

  • Sago / 50g
  • Cheese powder / 40g
  • Milk / 400ml
  • Bean paste filling / 120g
  • Granulated sugar / 60g
  • Evaporated milk / 60ml
  • Unsalted butter / 30g
  • Corn flour / 10g
  • Egg / 1
  • Vanilla sesame oil / 1 teaspoon bowl

          【Method】

          1. Boil sago in boiling water until translucent, rinse, drain and set aside.

          2. Mix half of the milk into the custard powder, eggs, vanilla oil and cornstarch, mix well and set aside.

          3. Use the remaining milk, add evaporated milk, butter and sugar, bring to a boil over low heat, then add step (2), cook until slightly thick and remove from heat.

          4. Add sago and mix well.

          5. Place pudding filling, bean paste filling, and pudding filling in order in the baking cup.

          6. Bake at 280 degrees for 5 minutes.
